   In the Summer of 2017, my travel bug bestie asked me to take a road trip. I knew instantly that saying yes to this trip was the only answer. I was looking for a change of scenery, but never could I have imagined the change that occurred within me. Surviving, in it's simplest form-- 17 days, 7 states, a ton of tears, a million laughs, 1 bag, piles of snacks,  and 3 laundry days later- we made it. From flat Nebraska to sunny California and all the bumps in between, I'm grateful for this

 Lessons Learned: 

​

  • it's imperative to leave your bubble to grow.

  • heartbreak is a gift.

  • you never know when you're having the time of your life.

  • The "number for 911" is in fact 911. in every state.
